These Terms of Service govern text message communications between JARED JACOB WEEKS, operating under the trade name Quantum Red (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and individuals who have opted in to receive text messages from us. By opting in, you agree to these terms.
Quantum Red operates a text messaging program to communicate appointment reminders, membership offers, and wellness updates. Quantum Red is a red light therapy and infrared sauna studio located at c/o 10346 E Morning Star Dr, Scottsdale, AZ 85255.
Depending on the consent you provide, you may receive the following categories of messages:
You may opt in to one or both message types independently via our opt-in form.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to (480) 549-3331 at any time. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive text messages from Quantum Red at that number.
Additional opt-out keywords: UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT. Any of these words sent to our number will remove you from further messaging.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your wireless carrier’s coverage area and network conditions.
Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity and the offers we send. You will receive messages related to your membership and appointments. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider for billing details.
When you successfully opt in, you will receive a confirmation text message from Quantum Red. The opt-in confirmation will read:

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. Your continued use of our SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms apply only to text message communications and do not supersede or replace any other terms of service or agreements you have with Quantum Red.
